Low ratings persist across every year in the audited period
The evidence spans 2015–2024 rather than a single campaign or recent incident. Remediation therefore needs operating standards and audit routines, not a one-off service recovery.
Using 211 deduplicated low-rating review records across ten years, this report identifies persistent operating failures and separates recent signals from long-run structural risks.
The evidence spans 2015–2024 rather than a single campaign or recent incident. Remediation therefore needs operating standards and audit routines, not a one-off service recovery.
There are 132 one-star records, 78 two-star records and one unrated record. The unrated review remains explicitly unlabelled and is never inferred into either star group.
The 211 deduplicated records are about 31 fewer than the approximately 242 low-rating tags visible in the App. No placeholder reviews are created to close that gap.
Counts describe the audited low-rating records only. They do not represent total review volume or the store’s overall negative-review rate.
Four operating stages cover the full 2015–2024 period. Every stage metric is recalculated from review-level tags.
Use one operating control loop across the full guest journey: ingredient acceptance, pre-service inspection, table ownership, timed serving, transparent pricing and manager closure of every exception.
A review may match multiple semantic categories. Positive statements are excluded from negative issue tags, and category totals must not be added together.
Darker cells indicate more review-level matches in that year.
Product groups are assigned review by review and aggregated directly from the 211 source records.
Record ingredient acceptance, thawing and holding time; taste-test soup bases; verify refill-station availability; and time meat, drinks, seafood, staples and snacks separately.
P0 contains safety, hygiene and service-control failures. P1 restores product consistency, speed, value and rule transparency.
